Caregiver / Home Care Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Home Care Aides to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. In this role, caregivers assist with daily activities and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This position focuses on respectful, person-centered care and does not involve medical or nursing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Prepare simple meals and assist with meal setup as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Assist with daily routines as outlined in the care plan
• Observe and report changes in client condition or concerns to the office
• Document care activities according to agency guidelines

This is a non-medical position. Caregivers do not perform medical treatments, administer medications, or provide nursing care.

Requirements

• Dependable, reliable, and compassionate
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Scheduling & Pay

• Pay range: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience
• Hours are based on client assignments and availability
• No guaranteed hours
• Caregivers are paid for hours worked with assigned clients
