First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Treasury Management Solutions Manager to join our Business Services team. In this role, you’ll be managing a team of Treasury Management Solutions Officers, as well as working with Relationship Officers to consult, advise, grow and retain commercial deposits. You will primarily be responsible for identification, consultation and sales of products and services to grow commercial deposits across the enterprise.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is: $95,000 - $155,000/per year; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience
- Certified Treasury Professional designation required within 2 years
- Banking school (e.g. Pacific Coast Banking School) preferred
- 3 years’ experience in a sales and/or consulting capacity for commercial businesses or within a commercial banking or in a financial capacity for a business
- 5 years’ experience in a financial services role
- 2 years supervisory experience
