- Administer and govern employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and strategic alignment
- Evaluate and improve benefit administration processes, enhancing efficiency and the employee experience
- Analyze complex data to assess plan performance and competitiveness, providing data-driven recommendations
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and ensuring financial accuracy
- Manage health and welfare programs, including benefits processing, life events, and vendor partnerships
- Administer leave programs, ensuring compliance and employee-centered outcomes
- Promote workplace safety through program administration and stakeholder engagement
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and coordinating with vendors
- Support employee education and engagement through benefit initiatives and open enrollment communications
- Maintain data integrity, ensure record governance, and produce regular reporting for informed decision-making
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- SHRM Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources and/or benefits administration
- Knowledge of applicable government regulations is essential
- Experience in a large company (1,000 employees) is preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accurate follow-through
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays and weekends as needed
