We’re adding a Client Sales Associate to our team to support our growing client programs in the New Orleans market. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop practical communication, customer service, and sales skills. You’ll learn about the products and services we represent, assist customers throughout the sales process, and receive structured training and ongoing support. No previous sales experience is required.Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers during outreach initiatives and create a welcoming first point of contact
- Learn client products, services, and current offers to confidently answer questions
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information
- Assist customers through the selection and enrollment process when appropriate
- Work toward individual and team performance objectives
- Communicate customer feedback and common questions with the team
- Represent First Harvest Sales Group and our client partnerships with professionalism
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing coaching
