First Flight High School is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Officer to manage the school’s financial operations and support our mission of student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
- Manage school funds, including athletics, clubs, and programs
- Assist with budgeting and prepare financial reports
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Support staff with financial procedures and monitor fundraising activities
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in bookkeeping or school finance preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Excel required)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Reports To: Principal / Finance Officer
Salary : $2,868 - $4,639
