Fertility Specialists of Texas (FST) is a leading fertility clinic known for our advanced treatments and compassionate, patient-centered approach. With high success rates and exceptional care, we provide services including fertility consultations, egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, IUI, and IVF. Our dedicated team supports patients every step of the way.
This is a per diem position based in our Plano office, with availability to float to other Dallas-area locations as needed throughout the week.
Ultrasound Technicians/Sonographers at FST play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care through accurate, timely imaging support during diagnostic and treatment visits. Working closely with physicians and clinical staff, you'll perform ultrasounds that directly inform patient treatment plans — bringing both technical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform Follicular, OB, and GYN ultrasounds with accuracy and expertise
- Educate patients on procedures and ensure they feel informed and supported
- Chart ultrasound findings and patient interactions with precision and detail
- Review and maintain patient medical records
- Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and procedure-ready
- Manage inventory of ultrasound supplies and equipment
- Serve as a compassionate liaison between patients and physicians
- Review and execute physician orders accurately and promptly
- Initiate emergency measures as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
- Participate in training staff within the same or lower job classification
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RDMS with OB/GYN certification
- Active BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum two years of clinical experience (preferred)
