OR Technician (Weekends)

We are currently seeking an Operating Room Technician to join our team in Reading, MA. If you take pride in sterile technique, organization, and supporting a strong clinical team, we would love to meet you. 

• Set up, turn over, and maintain sterile procedure rooms between cases.
• Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, and store reusable surgical instruments and equipment.
• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain required sterilization logs and documentation.
• Assist the physician during ART procedures, maintaining sterile technique and passing instruments.
• Safely handle and transport specimens to the embryology laboratory.
• Monitor and restock clinical supplies, and keep procedure areas inspection ready.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant, Surgical Technologist, or OR Technician training preferred.
• Experience with sterile technique, infection prevention, and instrument sterilization.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced procedural environment.
• Able to lift and move equipment and supplies and meet the physical demands of the role.

Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Holidays and occasional weekdays as needed.
