General Fertility NP Duties
• Meet with patients preparing to begin IVF to review physician-established plans, cycle steps, medication expectations, and required testing/clearances.
• Ensure IVF prerequisites are complete (labs, consents, genetic screening, diagnostic testing, financial clearance).
• Assist with coordination of IVF, FET, IUI, and ovulation induction cycles (non-ultrasound tasks).
• Communicate cycle instructions, medication timing, and treatment expectations.
• Provide patient education, injection teaching, emotional support, and treatment clarification.
• Support triage, patient questions, and clinical issue resolution.
Third-Party Reproduction (TPR) Support
Performed under the supervision of, and reporting to, the Lead TPR NP
• Assist with evaluation and cycle preparation for donors and gestational carriers.
• Review labs, infectious disease screening, results, and eligibility documentation.
• Provide education and cycle instructions to donors, gestational carriers, and intended parents.
• Coordinate workflows among intended parents, donors/carriers, agencies, attorneys, and clinic departments.
• Assist with TPR documentation, consents, and regulatory compliance (ASRM, FDA, clinic policies).
Documentation & Administrative Duties
• Maintain thorough and timely EMR documentation.
• Track IVF and TPR testing, consents, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in workflow improvements, team communication, and protocol updates.
Additional Responsibilities
• May include other duties that arise to support day-to-day clinic operations and clinical team needs.
• Additional tasks may involve quality initiatives, education projects, or expanded TPR duties as assigned by the Lead TPR NP.
Compensation $113,000 to $138,000 Annually
Qualifications:• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; Board-Certified NP (WHNP, FNP, or ANP).
• Active NP license.
• Experience in fertility, women’s health, or OB/GYN preferred.
• Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
