First Federal Savings Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our LaSalle branch. Our CSRs are responsible for building customer relationships and developing business with existing and prospective customers. This position is responsible for processing customer account transactions, providing high-quality customer service, and proactively promoting all First Federal Savings Bank products and services.

Benefits:
The pay range is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour plus quarterly incentives. We value candidates with relevant education and experience but are also open to training the right individual. The pay range is designed to accommodate varying levels of education and experience.
