You'll be the go-to contact for independent insurance agents, driving production growth, running training sessions, and building the kind of long-term relationships that make agencies actually want to grow with us.
What you bring:
- 5 years marketing P&C to independent agents
- A track record of training and developing agency staff
- Sharp problem-solving and communication skills — you can present to a room of 2 or 200
- Based in (or ready to be based in) the San Jose/SF/East Bay area
What you get:
- $75,000 - $85,000 base commission ($36,000 target OTE) — total OTE $111,000 - $121,000
