Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Roseville, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and building client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing personalized insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and a commitment to achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations (prior insurance industry experience is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in Roseville, CA and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Insurance licensing or ability to obtain necessary licenses within a designated time frame.
