FCCU is currently seeking a SVP (Senior Vice President) of Real Estate. This position has the responsibility of overseeing all phases of real estate lending from application to final processing and is held responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the department. Develops and maintains effective relationships with realtors, builders and investors. Will also coordinate the activities and duties of the department with the assistance of designated personnel. Ensures proper staffing and maintains employee schedules. Ensures that reviews of staff are executed in a timely manner. Also, approves loans, submits exceptions, approves pre-quals and issues letters of approval per policy. Makes outside visits to maintain and promote new relationships.
