What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialist Clerk position at First Community Credit Union - Houston, TX?
We are currently seeking a Specialist Clerk for our Copperfield headquarters (NW Houston).
Along with assisting members in the lobby and/or over the phone, they are mainly responsible for processing and maintaining reporting and subpoena functions for the department, performs related accounting, clerical and member service functions.
Maintains spreadsheets, files and records. Fields member questions and service requests, as well as service requests from officials, officers and attorneys. Sends required notices and letters, writes and updates department procedures and oversees related product training.
Assists in various functions of other departments, including assisting with Credit Bureau disputes, IRA functions and other clerical functions.
