**Job Summary:**
The Service Patrol Operator will be part of the Safety Service Patrol program in the Lake City area, providing Traffic Incident Management services. The primary responsibility will be responding to traffic crashes, disabled vehicles, debris, and other incidents to ensure the highways remain clear and safe for all commuters.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting law enforcement, fire, and rescue teams
- Collaborating with FDOT maintenance crews
- Setting up safe work zones around traffic incidents
- Providing services like tire changes, jump starts, and fuel assistance
- Safely removing vehicles from travel lanes
- Conducting debris removal operations
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean driving record
- Clear criminal background
- Drug-free
- Willingness to work overtime if required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.)
