Pay Rate - $16 to $21 per hour - based on experience

We are seeking a full-time bilingual front desk receptionist/scheduler for our front office. We are a fast-growing company that provides specialized home services. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual - We are specifically seeking someone who can speak, read and write in English and Spanish
- Must have a positive attitude and take pride in a job well done
- Able to sit for extended periods of time, view computer screens for extended periods of time and make repetitive motions
- Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, customer service and computer proficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean Background: We perform background checks and drug testing for all employees
- Front Desk Operations: Greet, check-in and direct visitors.
- Phone Calls: Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; handle general inquiries.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Book, confirm and manage appointments for staff and clients.
- Customer Service: Answer customer questions and handle issues as they arise.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, filing and photocopying.
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk area.
- Daytime hours M-F (no nights or weekends)
- 2 weeks of paid time off and 7 paid holidays after 90 days of employment
