Job Purpose
This position offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a FAA/EASA/UK-certified repair facility specializing in aircraft electrical and electronic components for business and regional aircraft.
Essential Job Functions:
- Inspect, test, and repair a variety of aircraft electrical and electronic components, including cockpit control panels, junction boxes, and wiring harnesses.
- Apply a strong understanding of electronics theory. This includes AC and DC circuits, transistor and diode theory, logic circuits, relays, toggle, and push button switches, etc.
- Must be able to read and understand test procedures, schematic diagrams, and maintenance manuals to efficiently troubleshoot component defects.
- Must have experience with basic tools and test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, crimping tools, wire strippers, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Certificate or associates degree in electronics or A&P license with avionics depot-level experience and NCAAT avionics certification or Equivalent military experience
- Proficiency in using basic electronic repair tools relevant to the responsibilities listed above.
- Ability to read and interpret precision measuring tools and instruments.
- Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment, repair tooling, and soldering techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying technical subject matter.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations, including their interpretation and application.
- Intermediate or higher-level computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook (or similar email applications), Word, and Excel.
