Specialist support and educate customers and the community on how to
better manage their financial resources to bring their accounts current
through a variety of collections functions. Responsible for contacting
and collaborating with customers in situations of delinquency to obtain
payment, prevent negative credit impact, reduce loss opportunities, and
stabilize any portfolio deterioration. What We Require This role
requires six months of customer service experience - the rest we can
figure out together. We believe training and learning are always
possible when you have a can-do attitude. All we ask is that you have
