First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in the client’s home.
Nursing Responsibilities Include:
Performing and documenting nursing assessments as requiredNursing Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with safe transfers and mobility using a Hoyer lift
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and overall health status
- Administering medications as ordered and monitoring for side effects
- Monitoring skin integrity and implementing pressure injury prevention measures
- Assisting with positioning and mobility to promote comfort and safety
- Observing and reporting any changes in the client’s condition to the agency and physician as appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation in accordance with agency policy and state regulations
- Communicating effectively with the care team and family regarding the client’s condition and care needs
Schedule: SATURDAY 8 hours
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia LPN or RN license
Pediatric skilled experience preferred (TPN & CVAD competency ideal) - Strong assessment, sterile technique, and infection-control skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and family-centered communicator
