We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Private Duty Skilled Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a client. This role is ideal for a nurse who values personalized care, consistency, and building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a private home setting
- Monitor vital signs and assess the client’s overall condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living (as needed)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful care environment
- Follow all care plans, policies, and healthcare standards
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred (private duty or home health experience is a plus)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
