ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION – PAID TRAINING PROVIDED

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls for service, sales, installation, and general inquiries
- Schedule service and inspection appointments
- Provide friendly, professional customer support
- Handle customer concerns and assist with resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer records in our system
- Follow company communication procedures and policies
- Work collaboratively with team members at both Aynor and Myrtle Beach locations
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, company software)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to work at both office locations
