Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate cost estimates.
Present financial arrangements and assist patients with payment options.
Coordinate scheduling for surgeries and follow-up appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with the surgical and clinical team to support patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in dental, or medical office preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental/medical insurance is a plus.
