Job Title: Veterinary Front Office Receptionist
Location: First Choice Animal Clinic – [Ewing, KY]
Full-Time Monday-Friday 8-5 Saturday 8-12

✅ At least 1 year of receptionist/front office experience (required)
✅ Professional, punctual, and organized
✅ Strong communication and phone skills
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
✅ Must be a team player, willing to help
✅ Must be comfortable around animals and their owners
✅ Drug-free and reliable transportation required
Job Duties:
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Greet clients and patients upon arrival
- Manage patient records and intake forms
- Process payments and invoices
- Communicate clearly with clients and staff
- Keep front office clean and organized
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience in a veterinary or medical office
- Familiarity with scheduling software (eVet, Cornerstone, etc.)
- Knowledge of pet health and common procedures
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm daily overtime possible
