First Call Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. You will play a vital role in receiving, processing, sorting, loading, and unloading products, while performing a variety of warehouse tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process, package, and ship orders
- Organize and maintain inventory and stock
- Inspect products for defects or damages
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
- Optimize warehouse space for efficiency
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory items
- Check, verify, and fulfill customer orders
- Follow all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Suggest improvements to warehouse processes and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment daily
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Proficiency with desktop computer systems
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
