This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in Salem, OR. The Physical Therapist Assistant will collaborate with physical therapists to provide patient care, assist in rehabilitation exercises, and ensure quality patient care. Daily responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and working closely with patients to aid their recovery and improve functionality.
