HVAC Service Technician
First Call Heating & Cooling – Oregon City, OR
Pay: $20–$26 per hour DOE, plus SPIFF opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call shifts may be required.

First Call Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician Level I to join our team in Oregon City. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while working alongside experienced technicians and receiving hands-on training. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the trade.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform planned maintenance with support from senior technicians
- Complete service checklists and related paperwork accurately
- Travel to scheduled job sites throughout the workday
- Operate company vehicle safely and professionally
- Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and customer follow-up needs
- Follow directions from supervisors and trainers
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Participate in training seminars and continued education opportunities
- Rotate into on-call emergency service schedule as needed
