Conrad Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
This position is ideal for someone with technical/trade education, hands-on mechanical ability, and strong communication skills who is ready to grow in residential HVAC service and installation.
Requirements:
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required
- Technical/trade school education required
- Ability to safely and confidently use hand and power tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable speaking confidently with homeowners/customers
- Highly organized and dependable with strong time management
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and physically demanding environments
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
