Nursery Teacher

Job Summary

We’re looking for someone who truly loves working with babies and toddlers and understands how special the first two years of life are. Our ideal Nursery Teacher is warm, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoys nurturing little ones as they grow, explore, and reach new milestones every day.

This role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and thrives in a team environment. You’ll work closely with fellow teachers and families to create a safe, happy, and engaging space where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn through play.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the center’s curriculum in a developmentally appropriate way
• Plan engaging, hands-on activities that support early learning and growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and team members
• Follow all State of Texas Minimum Standards and school policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred
• Strong classroom management and teamwork skills
• Positive, nurturing, and dependable

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
