Preschool Assistant – Two-Year-Old Class
We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and compassionate Preschool Assistant to join our dedicated team in our Two-Year-Old Class.
This position supports our teaching staff in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and developmentally. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, positive, and caring and who is committed to helping young children learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines.
- Support the emotional, social, and developmental needs of young children.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Work cooperatively with teachers and other staff members.
- Provide a loving, positive, and encouraging environment for children.
Requirements
- A genuine love for working with young children is essential.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependability, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Experience working in a childcare setting is preferred.
