What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Pastor position at First Baptist Church of Staunton?
First Baptist Church of Staunton is seeking a woman or man to pastor our next generation ministry in a full-time capacity. We are willing to consider someone who has not yet been ordained but is prayerfully considering that path. Working alongside our lead pastor, this person will be responsible for shepherding our infants to young adults on Sunday mornings and beyond.
We’re FBC Staunton, a historic church with over 170 years of engagement in the Shenandoah Valley. We desire to love and follow Jesus, that we may become more like Jesus for the sake of our neighbors.
