North 29 Campus Pastor
We are The Point Church of beautiful Virginia, and we’re looking for an authentic, secure Campus Pastor for our newly launching fifth campus on North 29 in Charlottesville.
Our mission is to Love God, Love People, and Love Life (Matthew 22:36-40 & 16:25), and we strive to make disciples who do the same. The Point started in 2009, grew exponentially by God’s hand, and we now meet in person at four campuses and online. God has given us the vision to have an ongoing presence in 50 communities, 50 cities, and in 50 countries in our first 50 years as a church. It’s a big vision, but any vision that doesn’t include reaching the world for Jesus is too small. That’s why we need YOU to plow, plant, and water the soil for God’s growth in the North 29 campus.
What does your Campus look like? This is an opportunity to be on the ground level of launching our fifth campus on North 29.
What are we like? We seek God’s vision, we emphasize strategic planning over aimless steps, we pray first, we grow in humility, we strive to be organized, and we constantly seek to get better.
What is your purpose as the North 29 Campus Pastor? You’ll help launch and shepherd the campus by creating inspirational moments that challenge, lead, and disciple people to grow towards individual and church-wide kingdom impact in a way that spans across generations and ripples for eternity long after we are gone.
