Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of children from toddlers to preschoolers.
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development.
- Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, orderliness, and an inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Support early intervention strategies and special education needs to foster inclusive participation for all children.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and social skills among students.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods when appropriate to monitor progress and inform instruction.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's individual growth plan.
- Maintain documentation related to child welfare, development milestones, and classroom activities.
