The Jewish Education Agency (JEA) of Fort Worth is seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to serve as Director of the Lil Goldman Early Learning Center—a thriving, community-centered program serving children from infancy through pre-K.
This unique leadership role blends school administration with Jewish educational vision, offering the opportunity to shape both the operational excellence and the spiritual foundation of a beloved early childhood program.
About the Role
You will lead all aspects of the school, including:
- Early childhood programming (year-round school, aftercare, summer camp)
- Staff leadership and professional development
- Jewish curriculum and experiential learning
- Family and community engagement
- Operations, budgeting, and accreditation
You’ll serve as a visible, relationship-driven leader, fostering a warm, inclusive environment grounded in play-based learning and Jewish values.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in early childhood education (2 in leadership)
- Experience in Jewish educational settings
- Strong knowledge of Jewish values, holidays, and traditions
- Passion for building community and mentoring educators
