The range is driven by the geographic location of the anticipated hiring location; however, the specific range may vary depending on the geographic location for remote positions. Compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each hiring instance.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $21.85 - $26.75

In this Role You Will
- Loan file reconciliation with information in loan file matches with the closed loan report and the Core Banking System.
- Maintain close contact with the Lenders/Commercial Banking Administrator/Business Center processors groups to ensure documented instructions are followed.
- Prior to executing the release documents, document review & covenant verification of borrower as it pertains to the release of collateral, verifying loan(s) are properly satisfied.
- Complete appropriate state-specific documentation and forwards release document(s) as instructed by lender, branch, title companies, etc.
- Ensure that First Banks lien(s) are perfected within every situation and all lien releases are completed within the specified compliance guidelines.
- Update Core Banking System and file tracking system.
- Build, update and clear exception tracking / tickler management in tracking system as appropriate.
- Loan Document(s) management, imaging, creating loan files and organization within the vault
- Document management / imaging
- Review insurance certificates and updates and/or build ticklers/exceptions in the tracking system.
- Apply knowledge of all laws, compliance, regulations, First Bank credit policies and bank procedures governing timely release of paid loan collateral.
- Experience working in loan servicing systems (e.g., Core Banking System or similar core banking platforms)
- Loan file servicing and imaging servicing of all commercial and consumer documentation
- Recognition if all types of loan documents and the document titles for imaging
- Understanding of UCC filings, amendments, continuations and terminations for First Bank collateral
- Work closely with the Collateral Management Supervisor on special projects.
- 2 years in loan operations, loan servicing, or banking operations
- Clear communication with employees, vendors, and external partners via email, phone, and digital tools.
- The ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
- Experience with lien releases, collateral processing, or loan documentation preferred
