Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
- Accurately and efficiently process a wide range of teller transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to refer and cross-sell bank products and services through needs- based conversations
- Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while adhering to bank
Desired Qualifications
- Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable assisting customers in a retail environment while maintaining a professional
- Experience and enthusiasm for customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
