Position Summary
Branch Managers are responsible for leading the branch to deliver relationship-driven customer experiences, develop high-performing employees, and achieve sustainable growth, while ensuring operational excellence and risk management. They create a positive work environment that facilitates exceptional service.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of general banking principles and operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, management, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Possess sound judgment with attention to detail.
- Ability to coach and motivate staff to meet objectives and to provide exceptional customer service.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Two to four years bank management experience or an equivalent combination of education and bank experience is required.
