Location: Salina
This position will assist in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s compliance program to ensure adherence with state and federal banking laws and regulations, as well as bank policies and bank procedures. Daily duties require an emphasis on state and federal lending regulations, Fair Lending laws, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and other applicable state and federal banking regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience in one or more of the following areas: lending, loan processing, loan support, bank examination, bank auditing, or bank operations. Must be able to multi-task, organize and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
