Key Responsibilities
- Medication & Treatment Delivery: Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Personal Support: Assist residents with personal support needs and daily living activities, including light housekeeping.
- Relationship & Environment Building: Foster positive customer relationships, exercise good judgment and verbal communication, and help create a safe, welcoming environment.

- Certification: Must have completed a training program approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours.

- Skills: Focus on a high level of customer service, ability to work with independence, flexibility, good judgment, and strong verbal communication skills.
