Our team is collaborative, ambitious, and deeply passionate about the work we do.THE ROLEWe are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Beauty & Lifestyle division. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of public relations and is eager to grow within a dynamic agency environment.As an Account Executive, you will support the execution of strategic PR programs while building strong media relationships, contributing creative ideas, and helping brands show up authentically across today’s media landscape. You’ll work closely with managers and directors to bring campaigns to life, manage day-to-day client activity, and deliver results that align with modern consumer expectations.This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be an active member of the team that creates strategic communication plans, including media opportunities, tactics, and timelines consistent with the overall client strategies.Secure press features with print, television, online, and podcast outlets.Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the media to ensure placements.Write and edit media materials such as press kits, press releases, media alerts, pitches, fact sheets, bios, case studies, and backgrounders.Participate in developing PR-specific marketing communications plans including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics for each client.Engage in daily client interaction to update, report on, and discuss media relations. Track and report ROI for each campaign.Look for and secure speaking and sponsorship opportunities for clients as experts in their field.Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients. Provide guidance to junior-level staff and manage daily intern responsibilities.WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENTThis isn’t a “stay-in-your-lane” Account Executive role. As a growing agency, we move fast, think creatively, and give our team opportunities to stretch, learn, and make an impact early in their careers.If you’re looking for a role where your work is seen, your voice matters, and your growth is intentional this is it.RequirementsB.S/B.A in Public Relations or related field.3-4 years of PR experience, preferably within an agency or with a beauty/lifestyle brandStrong interest and understanding of the beauty, wellness and lifestyle industriesStrong beauty and wellness background, specifically in public relations or influencer campaign managementProven media pitching and writing skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skills with experience managing several accounts and high visibility projects simultaneously while interacting with the team.Strong writing and editing capabilities across PR and content formats (press materials, pitches, bylines, briefing docs, reports, meeting agendas and notes, etc.)Project management skills: Ability to work across multiple, diverse projects, skilled at prioritizing workload and deliverables to meet client and team deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure completion of assignments in an accurate and timely manner.Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teamsExperience supporting influencer programs or integrated PR campaigns is a plusPositive, collaborative attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a team environmentBenefitsWHY JOIN FIRST AND LAST PR?
