This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer, located in Leawood, KS. The Escrow Officer will oversee the escrow process, preparing documentation for closings, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include acting as a notary, managing residential real estate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns throughout the transaction process.
- Experience in managing and completing Closings and knowledge of the Escrow process and procedures
- Possess Notary Public certification or the ability to obtain it
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions and compliance requirements
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on effective communication and relationship building
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using relevant industry software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in escrow or real estate are a plus
