Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located in Overland Park, KS. The Escrow Closer will be responsible for managing the entire escrow process, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete, and facilitating a smooth closing process. Tasks include reviewing title commitments, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, preparing closing statements, and disbursing funds.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in real estate transactions and escrow closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using escrow and title software
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in escrow or title industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
