This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full escrow process from open to close with accuracy and efficiency
- Serve as the central point of contact, keeping all parties aligned and informed
- Manage escrow accounts, documents, and funds in strict compliance with terms and regulations
- Review titles, mortgages, and closing requirements to ensure clean, timely transactions
- Prepare settlement statements and closing packages with precision
- Deliver a seamless closing experience through proactive communication and problem-solving
- 2–4 years of escrow experience (Escrow Assistant experience welcomed)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once
- Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail
- Clear, professional communication with a client-first mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and support others
- Required state licensing/certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
