- Connect & Guide – Provide a warm welcome and help members open accounts or access services that meet their needs.
- Advise & Educate – Offer clear, honest guidance to help members make confident financial decisions.
- Grow Relationships – Identify opportunities to support members with loans and other credit union products.
- Solve & Support – Handle questions and transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate – Partner with teammates to ensure a seamless, exceptional member experience.
