What You'll Do
- Welcome members warmly and create a positive, personalized experience from the moment they arrive
- Support members with everyday transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ease
- Guide members in using self-service kiosks, building their confidence and independence
- Listen closely to understand each member’s needs and connect them with the right products, services, or team members
- Assist with opening and maintaining basic accounts while clearly explaining features and benefits
- Address questions and resolve concerns with care, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
- Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the overall member experience
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the branch
- Support additional responsibilities as needed to keep the branch running smoothly
