Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Closing Coordinator role located in Auburn, AL. The Closing Coordinator will be responsible for managing real estate closings, preparing documents, and coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Escrow and Closings, with a strong ability to oversee and manage all stages of the closing process
- Proficiency and knowledge in Title Insurance practices and procedures
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and resolve issues promptly
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with real estate processes and documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools used in real estate transactions
