- Overview: This is a full-time, on-site Closing Coordinator role located in Auburn, AL, with initial training in the Alexander City, AL office. The Closing Coordinator is responsible for managing real estate closings, preparing documents, and coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of real estate closings for a title insurance company/attorney . Experience
- Experience in real estate escrow and closings, with an ability to oversee and manage all stages of the closing process.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external players.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and documentation is a plus.
- Prior experience working within real estate closing, banking or mortgage environments.
- Excellent computer skills.
