Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health, safety, and wellness programs.
• The ideal candidate will provide injury care, health assessments, employee education, and workplace health support while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and medical support for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Manage employee health assessments, screenings, and drug testing.
• Support Workers’ Compensation, disability management, and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and workplace health standards.
• Conduct CPR/First Aid training and health education sessions.
• Assist with wellness programs and injury prevention initiatives.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend workplace safety improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
• 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Family Health, or General Nursing.
• Experience with workplace injuries, case management, and employee wellness.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and return-to-work processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
