Our direct client is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join their mazing team!
Must have a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in either Commercial or Residential construction fields.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
- Must be able to put together detailed construction schedules.
- Allocate resources and additional subcontractors as needed for assigned projects
- Manage site Superintendent and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and respect for clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management, site superintendent, and general contracting environments
- Must have a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Residential construction fields.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to handle client requests in a timely manner
