Civil Engineering Professional

Required Qualifications

· 10–20 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on commercial site development.

· Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Indiana.

· Strong experience with site grading, stormwater design, utilities, and permitting.

· Proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with municipal and state permitting agencies in Indiana.

· Familiarity with IDEM stormwater requirements and local drainage standards.

· Experience managing large commercial or multi-site developments.

· AutoCAD and Civil 3D
