Associate Attorney: Pre-Litigation Personal Injury

This attorney will work closely with Pre-Litigation Paralegals and other departments to ensure each case is positioned for the best possible outcome.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Tennessee (additional states a plus)
• 1 to 4 years of personal injury experience preferred, pre-litigation strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of liability, insurance coverage, and damages evaluation
• Negotiation experience with insurance adjusters is a plus
