What are the responsibilities and job description for the Affiliate Partner - Financial Planner/Advisor position at Firman Solutions?
The ideal candidate will be a professional financial or estate planner, or small business consultant, or real estate professional dealing in investment properties, working with business owners and investors. The ideal candidate is willing to partner with us to increase their income and secure these benefits for their prospective and existing clients. Our program can also be a strong attractive benefit to engage prospective clients as an additional gateway offer.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position to maximize your flexibility to weave it in to the tapestry of your service offerings.
Responsibilities and Compensation
Minimum Performance Standards:
- One client appointment per month, minimum - Three per month or more preferred.
- One client closing per quarter - one client closing per month or more preferred.
This position can be adapted to your needs/availability.
- 12.5% for scheduling appointments with a Pratt and Lefevre Account Executive with your client and attending and assisting the Account Executive with your client.
- 25% if, after assisting a few times, you'd like to manage the full sales process yourself to double your commissions as a full an official Pratt & LeFevre account executive.
Fees for our implementation of Business Structuring (Trusts/C-Corps/LLCs/DBAs) run between $5000 and $6000 on average.

Qualifications
- Financial Planning/Advising Professional or related field with client base.
- Available to prioritize training time.
- Willingness to set goals and be accountable for achieving them - what works for you?
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process.
